Here at Chicago Teacher, Inc. it should be recognized that all of our staff members are past or present teachers in the Chicagoland area. Their background as an educator is essential for working with our customers. When shopping at Chicago Teacher, Inc., our teaching customers find it of great value to have fellow teachers as their sounding board for ideas and suggestions when purchasing for their own classroom. Parents will find that the staff is great at recommending learning supplies and enrichment materials that can be used at home, in the car, or on vacation.

The owner, Belinda Carucci, has had years of experience in the Chicago Public Schools before opening the store. They all are excellent sources of support and genuinely enjoy helping other teachers. The one person who hasn't worked as a teacher is Papa. He is the father of the owner and spends a lot of his time keeping shelves stocked, working the counter, and organizing the books. He can frequently be found opening the store early to assist customers on their way to school!
